Yes, we strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
- Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Exclusions:
- Bags, home decor, and jewelry items are non-exchangeable unless defective.
- Exchanges based on color differences or fabric material variations will not be accepted.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the new size will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Aachho may cancel orders due to:
- Unavailability of materials
- Incorrect product listings
- Suspected fraudulent activities
For prepaid orders canceled by Aachho, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.
Cancellations for prepaid orders after placement will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).
Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold and delivered.
