  • Kindly note that "reverse pickup charges" of INR 300/- will be charged if picked by Aachho. Once the payment is done, the request will be pending for replacement, The replacement might take 10 days to deliver to your same address, You can check the status of your replacement at support@aachho.com by sharing your reverse pick ID
  • You will be notified via msg once the product is shipped from our warehouse.
To ensure seamless return process, customers are requested to click a picture as proof of handover(holding returned packet & showing the AWB number) and send us to support@aachho.com.
